I built Maritime Match because the trouble in maritime recruitment is not a shortage of Filipino seafarers. It is position matchmaking: incomplete CVs, unstructured sea service, and hours wasted by both sides.

I still sail. I am a serving Captain. This platform is online-only on purpose. It is a talent discovery and job information site, not a manning agency. Licensed agencies hire. Seafarers never pay a placement fee here.

Maritime Match is software for licensed manning agencies. It is not a manning office and not a job wall. Seafarers complete a profile, set availability, Open for jobs, then sit and wait. When a vacancy matches, they get an automatic notification. Licensed agencies post a vacancy, get a curated ranked shortlist generated automatically, and contact the seafarer from their office. We do not recruit or place. No seafarer fees.

If you are a manning agency I already know, ask for early access. If you are a seafarer, create a free profile and fill the sea-service table properly. That table is the whole point.
