Delete your account

You can remove your Maritime Match account and associated personal data without contacting support first.

Seafarers

  1. Log in to Maritime Match.
  2. Open Profile (from the menu or your dashboard).
  3. Scroll to the Delete account section and follow the confirmation steps.

Deletion removes your profile, sea service, certificates, and match history from the portal and ends active sessions.

Manning agencies

  1. Log in with your agency account.
  2. Open Agency account (or the waiting-for-approval screen if signup is still pending).
  3. Use Delete account and confirm.

Email request

If you cannot log in, email maritimematch.ph@gmail.com from the address on the account. Include the role (seafarer or agency) and company name if applicable. We aim to confirm deletion within 7 business days.
