Complete your profile (rank, availability, confirmed sea service, certificates). When you are open for jobs and reach the completeness threshold, matching vacancies can appear in Match Inbox with scores such as Match 4/5 or 5/5. Email can alert you to strong fits. Hiring contact stays between you and the agency.
Everything on Maritime Match is free for seafarers, including Now Hiring, Promotion Reviewer, Sea Tools (calculators, passage planning, ORB Entry Helper, inspection checklists), Allotment Hub, MedDeck, Cook Hub, and Captain's Brief. Many tools work offline once saved on your phone.
For manning agencies
Maritime Match is software for licensed agencies — not a manning office. After approval, post rank, vessel type, certificates, joining date, and salary range. The system builds a ranked shortlist with match scores and miss reasons. Your team contacts seafarers from your office; contact details stay on your desk, not in public job ads.
